Returns on defective merchandise
Any defective merchandise, purchased from shoyuconcepts.com, will be replaced at no charge.
We will pay the return shipping for the defective item as well as the shipping charges for the replacement item. Refunds will be given in the same tender as original purchase.
Returns on non-defective merchandise
Any non-defective merchandise, purchased from shoyuconcepts.com, maybe returned within 14 days. Please be aware that postage on non-defective returns is your responsibility. Shoyuconcepts.com does not reimburse for shipping and handling on non-defective returns.
